IGURU HOUSE

The property consists of a main master suite with ensuite shower and bath upstairs, a further master with shower and bath ensuite downstairs where 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds each are also to be found. The guest bathroom is downstairs which also accesses the sauna.

The entrance porch has plenty of room for ski equipment, boots and jackets and there is also a drying room and washer/dryer.

Upstairs houses the large open plan and high-ceiling kitchen/dining/lounge, with a kitchen island breakfast bar seating 4, an 8-seat dining table, large sofa, flatscreen TV and real fire place.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and a wide range of cooking pots, pans and utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses for all occasions.

Within walking distance of the chalet are a handful of authentic Japanese restaurants which serve great food and wines at excellent prices. A 5 minutes drive away is the Westin Rusutsu resort for more upscale international fare.

There are also hot spring onsens close by if you would like a day off from the slopes, and in summer there are 5 golf courses in close proximity, rafting, mountain biking, hiking and an amusement park.
